1. Agreement
By creating an account on rndrs.ai you agree to these terms. If you use RNDRS on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
RNDRS provides AI-assisted rendering and image/video tools through a node-based editor. Outputs are generated by machine-learning models and may occasionally be inaccurate, unexpected or imperfect; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before professional use.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One person per account; sharing accounts across a team requires a seat for each user.
4. Credits & billing
Generations consume credits as listed on the pricing page. Unused subscription credits roll over to the next billing cycle, up to a maximum balance of two times the plan's monthly allowance; any excess does not carry over. Subscription credits are forfeited when the subscription expires. Credit-pack credits never expire. Failed generations are refunded automatically. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to images you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to operate the service. You must own or have rights to anything you upload. We do not use your content to train AI models.
6. Outputs & license
Subject to these terms and applicable law, you own the renders you generate and may use them commercially on any paid plan. AI outputs may not be subject to copyright protection in some jurisdictions; we make no warranty regarding registrability or non-infringement of generated content.
7. Acceptable use
No illegal content, no infringement of third-party rights, no generation of deceptive imagery presented as real photographs of real people or events, no attempts to circumvent rate limits, credits or security controls, and no resale of the service without written agreement.
8. Availability
We target high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify features with notice for material changes. We are not liable for delays caused by upstream model providers.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
10. Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with refunds at our reasonable discretion. Sections that by nature survive termination (content licenses you granted others, liability limits) survive.
11. Changes & contact
