Studio help
Get your first project moving.
A short guide to inputs, editing, exports and account recovery.
What can I upload?
Use a still JPEG, PNG or WebP image up to 20 MB, or select one page from an unencrypted PDF up to 20 MB and 100 pages. PDF pages are converted to images up to 4096 pixels on the longest edge. Native CAD and BIM files need to be exported first.
How do I choose what changes?
Select the image you want to work on. Describe the change and what should stay. For a local edit, use the area selection controls on the image and check the highlighted region before confirming.
How do commands work?
Type / in the instruction box to see available actions. Check the selected image thumbnail and review the proposed action and credit cost before confirming generation.
What if a request fails or stays pending?
Check the project activity before submitting again. A pending request may still be running. Reopen the project to recover its status. For a failed request, review the message and billing credit history before retrying.
How do I save and export?
Reopen your work from Projects. Use Export above the image for the original, a comparison board, an image bundle or a resized copy. Video results have trim and mute options. Check downloaded dimensions before printing.
Why can’t I open Studio?
Studio is available to everyone. Create an account, verify your email and start a project. Generation uses credits at the quoted rate. If you cannot sign in, use the password recovery link.
