Software workflows
Keep your modeling tools. Explore the exported view.
RNDRS works from JPEG, PNG and WebP images. Export a clear view from your design software, then explore materials, lighting and atmosphere in Studio. Your native CAD or BIM file remains the source of dimensional truth.
Architecture and CAD
Choose a view that clearly communicates the geometry. You do not need a RNDRS plugin or a direct connection to your model.
SketchUp
Turn SketchUp viewport exports into AI visualizations. Upload a screenshot and describe your materials and lighting. Processing time varies by model, resolution and demand.
Revit
Explore AI visualizations from exported Revit views. Upload an image to RNDRS Studio, describe materials and lighting, and compare results with your BIM source.
Rhino
AI rendering for Rhino 3D. Turn viewport captures of NURBS models into photorealistic architectural renders with AI from an exported view.
Archicad
Bring an exported Archicad view into RNDRS Studio. Explore materials and lighting with AI, compare versions, and keep the BIM model as your geometric reference.
AutoCAD
Turn AutoCAD drawings into photorealistic renders with AI. Elevations, sections and 3D views become client-ready visualizations from exported drawing images.
Vectorworks
Explore AI visualization from Vectorworks viewport images. Use exported building or landscape views to study materials and atmosphere in RNDRS Studio.
Chief Architect
Render Chief Architect designs with AI. Turn camera views of your home designs into photorealistic renders for residential concept reviews.
3D and visualization
Use a viewport capture or an existing render as the starting image. AI iteration supplements the control you have in your scene.
Blender
Explore architectural materials and lighting from Blender viewport images in RNDRS Studio. Compare AI interpretations with your original scene.
3ds Max
AI rendering alongside 3ds Max. Turn viewport grabs into photorealistic concept frames with AI — explore options before committing to a full Corona or V-Ray pipeline.
Grasshopper
Explore selected Grasshopper options as image-based AI studies. Upload viewport captures individually, reuse the brief and review each result against its source.
A useful way to begin
Start with one project and a clear decision. Let the result guide the next step.
Prepare the camera
Set your view in the source software. Keep relevant edges visible and remove interface chrome from the exported image.
Export an image
Use JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 20 MB. RNDRS does not upload or modify native SKP, RVT, DWG or other model files.
Review the interpretation
Describe the intended materials and light. Compare openings, proportions and details with the original before presenting a result.
One view. A new direction.
Use an exported view from your current project to explore Studio. Review each generation against the design you started with.
