Present Design Options with a Clear Comparison
June 16, 2026

A comparison is easier to discuss when the viewer knows what is changing. Rendering several unrelated scenes may produce attractive images without resolving the design decision.
Define the decision first
Write a short question: pale brick or timber cladding, warm or cool flooring, dense or open planting. Identify the source view and the camera, massing and other attributes that should stay fixed.
Prepare a bounded study
Use the same source for each option. Studio supports two or four alternatives, including a typed attribute and distinct values. Review the total credit quote before starting. If a third-party model changes another important attribute, correct or reject that result rather than presenting it as a controlled comparison.
Make differences inspectable
Use consistent crops and a comparison board. Label the alternatives with meaningful material or design names. Include the source when it helps expose unintended changes. Do not conceal a geometry error behind a more attractive lighting choice.
Collect specific feedback
Ask what the reviewer prefers, what should remain unchanged and what still prevents a decision. Private review links can limit access to verified invited accounts and collect comments or review decisions. Revoke a link when the review ends.
A chosen version records a preference in the project. Confirm contractual approvals through the practice's agreed process; a product button does not define that process.
Close the loop
Save the chosen direction and its references. Make the next revision from the actual chosen source, then check the exported dimensions and content before placing it in a presentation.
This workflow is a proposed discussion aid. No measured reduction in approval time or increase in pitch conversion is claimed here.
Start an option study and keep the comparison focused on one decision.
