Is there a free trial?
Yes β every account starts with 3 free renders, no credit card required. You only add payment when you choose a paid plan, and you can cancel anytime.
What exactly is a credit?
One credit = one 1K render. 2K renders cost 2 credits and 4K renders cost 3. Upscales cost 2, eraser and image extension cost 1, and a 5-second video costs 10.
Which plan is right for me?
Essential (30 credits) is for trying RNDRS on real projects, Studio (100 credits) is for designers shipping work weekly and adds 4K and video, and Firm (300 credits) is for busy practices that also want priority queue and support. You can change plans anytime as your workload grows.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes β pay annually and you get two months free on every plan, so a full year costs the same as ten months. You can switch between monthly and annual billing whenever you like.
Do plan credits roll over?
Yes β unused plan credits roll over automatically to your next billing cycle, and you can bank up to 2Γ your monthly allowance. Credit-pack credits never expire and are only used after your plan credits run out.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Rendering simply pauses until your next billing cycle β but you don't have to wait. Grab a one-time credit pack that never expires, or upgrade your plan for more credits every month.
What is the credit pack and when should I use it?
The credit pack is a one-time top-up with no subscription β handy for busy stretches or one-off projects. Pack credits never expire, include the same commercial license, and are only used after your monthly plan credits run out.
Do all plans use the same render engine?
Yes β every plan, including Essential, runs on our own AI render engine built for architecture and design. Higher tiers add more credits, higher resolution and features like 4K and video, never a different engine.
Can I use renders commercially?
Yes β every paid plan (Essential, Studio and Firm) includes a commercial license for client and marketing work, so you're covered the moment you upgrade.
What if a generation fails?
Failed generations are automatically refunded. You only pay for results.
How does billing and payment work?
Payments are handled securely through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which issues your receipts and invoices. You can manage your plan, payment method and billing history anytime from your billing page.
Can I switch or cancel plans?
Upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from your billing page. Changes take effect immediately; your credits adjust to the new plan.
