RNDRS · Floor plan render

AI floor plan rendering, for visual discussion

Use a supplied plan image to explore a materialized or furnished concept. Keep the original drawing beside the result and review room boundaries, openings and circulation. Generated plan visuals do not verify dimensions or replace authoritative project documentation.

AI rendering that works from the image you already have — a sketch, a model view, a photo. Ask for the change, keep every version. In the browser, no plugin, no GPU. From $19 a month, or $99 once — credits never expire. 5 free renders. No card. Failed renders are refunded automatically.

How it works

Keep the source, your instruction and the result together. Review each change before continuing.

Prepare your source with the free input checklist
  1. Upload

Plan export as PNG/JPG — line plan or simple color fill

  2. Prompt

"Furnished plan, oak floors, white walls, soft top-down shadows"

  3. Render

    Materialized plan visual with AI

  4. Polish

Upscale for print or extend the canvas for the layout

What to consider

Choose the workflow around the image you need to deliver and the control your project requires.

Review the plan alongside the image

AI image models can turn a plan into an illustrative visual with materials, furniture and depth. Check walls, openings and proportions against the original plan.

Real-estate ready

Develop a furnished concept from a supplied plan image. Review every unit layout and annotation before using it in marketing, and identify the image as an illustrative visualization.

Style follows the project

Scandinavian, classic, dark luxury — the furnishing character is a prompt away, so the plan graphics match the rest of the visual identity.

Studio help
What floor plan formats can I upload?

Any plan exported as an image — PNG or JPG from AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad or even a clean scan. Dark linework on a light background works best.

Will room dimensions stay accurate?

AI generation can change geometry or introduce details. Compare the output with your source and verify dimensions separately. The image is a visualization, not measured documentation.

Can I render an entire plan set consistently?

Reuse the same brief with each plan image, then check visual consistency across floors and unit types.

Is this useful for real estate marketing?

Use a furnished plan visualization to communicate a layout. Verify room boundaries, furniture and annotations against the source, and label conceptual changes clearly.
